A recipe from the 1950s to enhance refrigerated rolls. Ingredients:
1 package refrigerated roll (not grands!) |
1/2 cup sugar |
1/4 cup frozen orange juice, thawed |
1 tablespoon butter |
1/2 cup pecans |
Directions:
1. Bake the refrigerated rolls in a pan large enough to hold them all. Follow package directions. 2. Combine juice and sugar in a small pan. Boil rapidly for one minute. Stir in butter and nuts. 3. Pour over the freshly baked refrigerated rolls. 4. NOTE: You may also use cinnamon rolls in this recipe. |
