Ingredients:
2 cups fresh spinach
1 tangerine, peeled and seeds removed
1 ounce blueberries, cleaned
1/2 cup imitation crabmeat
2 tablespoons dry roasted salad almonds
2 tablespoons hazelnut raspberry vinaigrette dressing (80 cal. per serving)
Directions:
1. Wash spinach and lay out on plate. On top add artificial crabmeat, tangerine, blueberries, and almonds. Raspberry Hazelnut Vinaigrette over all. Enjoy!
