I can't wait to try this very different yeast bread recipe that I found on the internet. Can't go wrong with the flavors of orange zest and spices together. Cook time is according to your bread machine. Ingredients:
2/3 cup milk |
2 eggs |
5 tablespoons butter |
1 grated orange, zest of |
3 cups bread flour |
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon |
1/8 teaspoon clove |
1/8 teaspoon nutmeg |
3 tablespoons sugar |
1 teaspoon salt |
2 teaspoons active dry yeast |
Directions:
1. Place ingredients in bread machine in order as per manufacturers directions.
2. Use light baking or sweet bread setting.
