Making your own salad dressing is inexpensive, healthy and downright delicious. Try this orange-sesame salad dressing tossed with fresh baby spinach.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup fresh orange juice (about 2 large oranges)
1/3 cup rice wine vinegar
2 tablespoons sesame seeds
1 tablespoon chinese hot mustard (such as ty ling brand)
1 teaspoon sugar
1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
1 garlic clove, minced
2 tablespoons canola oil
1 teaspoon dark sesame oil
Directions:
1. Combine first 7 ingredients in a medium bowl. Slowly drizzle oils into juice mixture, stirring constantly with a whisk.
