When you spoon out a serving, you can add protein powder if you like. This came from Thinner Times. I have not tried this, just posting for easy finding.
Ingredients:
24 ounces low fat cottage cheese
11 ounces mandarin oranges, drained
8 ounces pineapple tidbits in juice, drained
3 ounces sugar-free orange jello (1 small box)
4 ounces cool whip free (1/2 small bowl)
3 teaspoons splenda sugar substitute (or more)
Directions:
1. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
2. Enjoy!
