Ingredients:
300 g fresh ricotta cheese
1/2 cup caster sugar
3/4 cup prepared custard, thick variety
1/2 cup orange juice
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 oranges, segmented
Directions:
1. Using electric beaters, mix ricotta and sugar.
2. Add custard, juice and vanilla.
3. Beat till smooth and combined.
4. Spoon into 4 serving glasses.
5. Top with orange segments, refrigerate 60 minutes.
