Very easy and tasty rice dish.
Ingredients:
1 cup basmati rice
2 cups orange juice
1 tablespoon orange zest
3/4 cup shredded carrot
salt and white pepper
2 tablespoons sliced green onions
Directions:
1. Cook the rice according to the package directions using orange juice in place of the water.
2. Remove from heat and stir in the orange zest, carrot and green onion.
3. Serve.
