Another variation of one of my older smoothie recipes. Nice! Had to eat with a spoon though because I used frozen raspberries.
Ingredients:
3/4 cup raspberries
1/4 cup orange juice
2 tablespoons cottage cheese
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 cup skim milk
Directions:
1. Blend together.
2. Drink!
