Ingredients:
1 lb pork loin, cubed
1 cup chicken broth
1 cup orange juice
1 cup sliced onion
1 cup red bell pepper
1 cup green bell pepper
2 teaspoons sugar
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
2 tablespoons cornstarch
1/4 cup cold water
salt and pepper
3 cups cooked rice, kept warm
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients except cornstarch, water, salt, pepper and rice in a slow cooker.
2. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
3. Turn heat to high and cook 10 minutes.
4. Combine cornstarch and water. Stir into stew. 2-3 more minutes.
5. Season to taste with salt and pepper and serve over rice.
