Ingredients:
2 tablespoons vanilla protein powder (2 scoops)
8 ounces nonfat plain yogurt
6 ounces orange juice concentrate
2 1/2 cups skim milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions:
1. put ingredients in blender, blend until smooth.
2. Enjoy.
