Orange Hazelnut Spinach Salad

A light salad that has zing and crunch. A fast prep. I serve this for Easter.
Ingredients:
2 bunches spinach
4 cups mandarin oranges
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup white wine vinegar
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup hazelnuts
Directions:
1. Wash spinach well. Drain.
2. I use Mandarin oranges in a can. Drain.
3. In a large bowl, toss together spinach and oranges.
4. In a medium bowl whisk the oil, vinegar, sugar, paprika. Pour.
5. over the spinach and oranges. Toss to coat.
6. Chop hazelnuts and sprinkle over the top and serve.
