Orange-Ginger Sugar Snaps

Ingredients:
1 teaspoon dark sesame oil
2 green onions, sliced
1/2 teaspoon grated peeled fresh ginger
1 (8-ounce) package sugar snap peas
1 teaspoon grated orange rind
1/4 teaspoon salt
Directions:
1. Heat oil in a nonstick skillet over medium heat; add onions and ginger. Sauté 2 minutes; add sugar snap peas, and sauté 2 minutes or just until crisp-tender. Remove from heat; stir in orange rind and salt.
