Simple, healthy and nutritious. That is why this smoothie recipe is a favorite in our home. We use Action Whey because it is a pure source of protein with nothing artificial added and becasue it tastes great.
Ingredients:
4 ounces milk or 4 ounces non-dairy milk substitute
4 ounces orange juice
1 scoop vanilla whey protein powder
2 cups ice (optional)
