Ingredients:
1 tablespoon water
1 (1/4 ounce) envelope orange unsweetened kool-aid powdered drink mix
1 tablespoon orange juice
2 (3 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
1 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream, whipped
9 inches graham cracker crust
Directions:
1. In a small bowl, combine the water and koolaid until dissolved. Stir in orange juice.
2. In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla and koolaid mixture until fluffy.
3. Fold in whipped cream.
4. Spread into crust.
5. Chill for at least 1 hour or until set.
6. Garnish as desired.
