Orange-Curry Carrots

Ingredients:
1 (1 lb) package crinkle-cut carrot
3 tablespoons water
1/3 cup orange marmalade
1 teaspoon curry powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
Directions:
1. Place carrots and 3 tablespoons water in a microwave-safe bowl. Cover bowl tightly with plastic wrap; fold back a small edge to allow steam to escape.
2. Microwave at HIGH 5 minutes or until tender. Drain.
3. Stir together orange marmalade, curry powder, and salt. Toss gently with hot carrots.
