1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup frozen thawed orange juice concentrate
2 large eggs
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
3 cups powdered sugar
2 tablespoons frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
1 teaspoon orange zest
1 -2 drop yellow food coloring
1 -2 drop red food coloring
1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 tablespoon shortening
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°.
2. Position oven rack in the lower third of the oven.
3. Spray the bottom only of a 13 x 9 inch baking pan with nonstick cooking spray.
4. In a bowl, mix the brownie mix, oil, orange juice concentrate and eggs with a wooden spoon until just blended and all dry ingredients are moistened.
5. Spread batter into prepared pan.
6. Bake 28-30 minutes or until toothpick inserted 2 inches from side of pan comes out clean or almost clean (do not overbake).
7. Transfer to wire rack and cool completely.

11. Refrigerate at least 1 hour, until chocolate is set.
12. Cut into squares; store in refrigerator.
