This is yummy on top of your favorite carrot cake, top nut muffins, use as a spread on your favorite bread crackers, dip into it with fruit. Can be doubled!

Ingredients:

8 ounces softened cream cheese

1/2 cup powdered sugar

1 tablespoon orange juice

1 tablespoon grand marnier

1 tablespoon orange zest

Directions:

1. Blend all ingredients together in a food processor till light and fluffy.
