Orange Cranberry Walnut Loaf

This is wonderful flavorful yeast bread that is AWESOME with Marmalade or jam for breakfast in the morning! I use to make it all the time before DH cut back on carbs. Don't want to tempt him.
Ingredients:
1/3 c. orange juice
1/3 c. milk
2 extra large eggs
4 t. unsalted butter (i use 2 tbsp)
1 t. grated orange zest
1 t. salt
1 t. sugar
3 c. bread flour
2 1/4 t. yeast (one packet)
1/2 c. dried cranberries
1/3 c. toasted chopped walnuts (i never toast mine)
Directions:
1. Add in order specified in your bread machine manual. (Usually the order I have listed above.)
2. Do not use delay bake function (cuz of milk and eggs).
3. Cranberries and walnuts can be added at beep (or 5 min. before end of last kneading).
4. White or basic bread, light crust.
5. There is a note to rub a T of cold butter over top and sides of hot loaf as it cools.
