Orange Chocolate Chip Muffins (low fat)

Reduce the fat content without reducing the taste! These muffins are great and work well with a variety of fruit. You can also adjust the fruit and chocolate chips to your tastes. I made a dozen of these to take to the old-age home where I volunteer and when I came into the kitchen a couple of hours later, half of them were gone!
Ingredients:
2 -3 oranges
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup skim milk (or low fat)
1 egg
1 1/2 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons chocolate chips (this amount is flexible)
Directions:
1. Puree oranges in a blender.
2. Add in sugars, milk, and egg.
3. In a large bowl, combine flour, baking soda, and salt.
4. Add the orange mixture to the flour mixture and mix well.
5. Fold in chocolate chips.
6. Spoon batter into muffins tins.
7. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
