Orange Butter Cream Frosting for a wondeful Orange Chiffon Cake.
Ingredients:
1/3 cup softened butter
1/2 teaspoon orange zest
3 cups powdered sugar; sifted
3 tablespoons orange juice
Directions:
1. Cream together the softened butter and orange zest.
2. Alternately, cream into the butter, small amounts of the sugar and the orange juice. Creaming well after each addition, until the mixture is the right spreading consistency.
