Ingredients:
2 (10 ounce) packages frozen strawberries in light syrup
1 (6 ounce) container plain low-fat yogurt
1 cup fresh orange juice
1 cup nonfat milk
Directions:
1. Process all ingredients in a blender until smooth, stopping to scrape down sides. Serve immediately.
