This recipe gives my son the healthy benefits of oranges and bananas, while having the sweet taste of honey that he likes.
Ingredients:
4 ice cubes
2/3 cup low-fat milk (1%)
1/4 cup frozen orange juice concentrate, not thawed
1 tablespoon honey
1/8 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 small ripe banana
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
