Orange Banana Cheesecake

Sunny and yummy, rich and creamy does it with this simple yet showy centerpiece.
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups vanilla wafer crumbs
1/4 cup butter, melted
3 (250 g) packages cream cheese, softened
1 (300 ml) can eagle brand sweetened condensed milk
1 ripe banana, mashed
1/4 cup frozen orange juice, concentrate, thawed
3 eggs
1 teaspoon orange rind, grated
orange section, and banana slices
1/4 cup sugar
2 1/2 teaspoons cornstarch
1/4 teaspoon orange rind, grated
1/2 cup orange juice
Directions:
1. Combine crumbs and butter; press firmly onto bottom of 9-inch springform pan.
2. Beat cream cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in Eagle Brand until smooth. Beat in mashed banana, juice concentrate, eggs and rind. Pour into prepared pan.
3. Bake in preheated 350F oven for 50-55 minutes or until set. Cool.
4. Top with orange sections, banana slices and orange glaze; chill.
5. ORANGE GLAZE:.
6. In saucepan combine sugar, cornstarch, orange rind, and orange juice; cook and stir until thickened. Cool.
