A frappé is similar to a breakfast smoothie, but it's made mostly with fruits instead of dairy products. It's sweet enough to serve as a light dessert.
Ingredients:
2 1/3 cups banana chunks (about 3 medium bananas)
3/4 cup pineapple juice
1/2 cup orange sections (about 1 medium orange)
1/2 cup plain low-fat yogurt
1 tablespoon flaked sweetened coconut
2 tablespoons thawed orange juice concentrate
1 (8-ounce) can pineapple chunks in juice, undrained
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a blender; cover and process until smooth. Serve immediately.
