Ingredients:
1/2 cup minced shallots (about 3)
1 garlic clove, halved
2/3 cup orange juice
1/3 cup balsamic vinegar
1 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon cracked black pepper
1/8 teaspoon salt
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan; bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium; cook, uncovered, 10 minutes. Strain mixture through a fine sieve into a bowl; discard solids.
