Quick and easy treat for the kids.
Ingredients:
1 (12 ounce) box vanilla wafers, crushed
1 box xxxx confectioners' sugar
1 (10 ounce) can frozen orange juice, thawed
1/2 cup margarine, melted
1/2 cup pecans, chopped
1 bag coconut
Directions:
1. Mix wafers, sugar, and juice.
2. Add margarine and pecans.
3. Form into 1/2 inch balls and roll in coconut, then 4X sugar.
4. Refrigerate till ready to serve, about 1 hour.
