Orange-And-Spice Tea

This milky elixir tastes like ambrosia-especially when sugar is added.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup milk
1 cinnamon stick
2 whole cloves
1/8 teaspoon ground allspice
1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/2 cup freshly brewed hot orange-and-spice-flavored black tea
sugar (optional)
ground nutmeg, for garnish (optional)
Directions:
1. Combine the milk, cinnamon stick, cloves, allspice, and nutmeg in a saucepan and simmer over low heat for 1 to 2 minutes, stirring occsionally. Pour the tea into the saucepan and stir all of the ingredients until they are mixed together. Strain this mixture into a cup. If desired, add sugar and top with ground nutmeg.
