Ingredients:
4 cups (torn) boston lettuce
1 cup orange sections
1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
1/4 cup fresh orange juice
2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1/8 teaspoon salt
Directions:
1. Combine the lettuce, orange sections and red onion in a large bowl.
2. In another bowl, combine the remaining ingredients, stirring well with a whisk. Drizzle over salad and toss gently to coat.
