Ingredients:
2 1/2 cups water
2 cups sugar
juice of 4 oranges
grated rind of 1 orange
juice of 6 lemons
grated rind of 1 lemon
2 large handfuls mint stalks and leaves
Directions:
1. Boil water and sugar together for 10 minutes. Pour over the fruit juices and rinds. Add mint.
2. Cover and let stand 1 hour or more. Strain and put into jars.
3. To serve, use 5 to 6 tablespoons in a tall glass of crushed ice and water.
