Ingredients:
1/2 cup mango, diced (fresh or frozen)
1/4 cup orange juice
1 1/4 cups milk (i use 2%) or 1 1/4 cups soymilk (i use 2%)
1 tablespoon wheat germ
1 tablespoon sugar
1/4 cup crushed ice
Directions:
1. Blend all ingredients in blender and enjoy!
