Open-Face Turkey Cheddar Melts

I received a booklet from Kraft Foods today which is called food & family and this is one of the recipes in it that I am posting here to try at a later date. Perfect for game day!
Ingredients:
24 ritz crackers
24 slices oscar mayer oven-roasted turkey breast
3 plum tomatoes, cut into 8 thin slices each
6 ounces kraft sharp cheddar cheese, cut into 24 slices
2 tablespoons grey poupon country-style dijon mustard
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Place crackers on cookie sheet; top with 1 slice each turkey, tomato and cheese.
3. Bake for 3 minutes or until cheese begins to melt; top with mustard.
4. Optional microwave version: Place 8 topped crackers on microwavable plate. Microwave on high 15 seconds or until cheese begins to melt. Repeat with remaining crackers.
