Ingredients:

  • 2/3 cup water
  • 2 tsp canola oil
  • 1 1/2 tbsp molasses
  • 0.5 (1 1/4 oz) packet onion soup mix
  • 1/3 cup cornmeal
  • 1 3/4 cups whole wheat flour
  • 1 1/2 tbsp gluten
  • 1 1/2 tsp active dry yeast

Directions:

  1. Put all ingredients in bread maker in the order suggested by the machine manufacturer.
  2. Select Basic Wheat Cycle, Light Setting (or equivalent).
