Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cups red onions
  • 12 cups yellow onions
  • 1/2 cup white wine
  • 12 cups water

Directions:

  1. Add onion, oil, and black pepper to large pot.
  2. Cook until onions are beginning to carmelize.
