Onion Sauce for Meat

A creamy sauce to add over pork chops or chicken breast
Ingredients:
1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of onion soup
1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
1/2 cup milk
1 green bell pepper, chopped small
1/4 cup dry sherry
2 tablespoons tomato paste
2 teaspoons creole seasoning
pepper
Directions:
1. Blend onion soup, cream and milk over low heat until uniform. Increase heat to medium/medium high and add remaining ingredients and bring to a low boil. Boil for 5 mintues, then reduce heat and simmer uncovered until desired thickness. Serve hot over your choice of meat, garnish with parsley if desired.
