Healthy High Fiber Onion Rings
Ingredients:
1 medium onion
2 egg whites
1/2 cup all bran
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375
2. Cut onion into 1/2 in rings
3. chop up fiber one in the food processer until breadcrumb-like
4. dredge in egg beaters, then fiber one
5. place on a baking dish covered in non-stick spray
6. Cook for 20-25 min, turning over once
