Ingredients:
1 cup flour
1 cup milk
1 egg
2 tsp season salt
1 tsp garlic powder
pinch of cayenne (more or less to taste)
1/2 cup minced onion
variations
1/2 cup zucchini shredded or
1/2 cup carrot shredded or
1/2 cup of any vegetable minced/shredded
Directions:
1. In a medium mixing bowl combine flour, milk, egg, salt, garlic powder and cayenne.
2. Stir until combined.
3. Add onion (or variation).
4. Drop by teaspoon into hot canola oil.
5. Fry until golden brown, turning to cook both sides.
