Onion pie my easy way (German Zwiebelkuchen)

Ingredients:
1 medium leek, sliced
50 g ham, cubed
500 g creme fraiche or 500 g sour cream
3 eggs
1 envelope onion soup mix
230 g puff pastry, thawed
Directions:
1. Mix the first 5 ingredients.
2. Put mixture on the puff pastry (in a baking pan).
3. Bake at 350 degrees for ca.
4. 50-60 minutes.
5. Serve hot or cold.
