Ingredients:
1/2 cup(s) 2% reduced fat milk
1/3 cup(s) 2% reduced fat milk
1 tablespoon(s) butter
2 cup(s) chopped onion
8 ounce(s) fat free cream cheese, softened
1 dash(es) hot sauce
1 large egg
1 cup(s) low fat baking mix
1/2 teaspoon(s) salt
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350.
2. Combine baking mix and 1/3 c milk. lightly coat hands with cooking spray. Press dough into botton and up sides of 9 " pie plate coated with cooking spray.
3. Melt butter in a lg non stick skillet over medium heat. Add onion, cook 5 min or til tiender (do not brown), stirring occasionally. Spoon onion into prepared crust.
4. Place cream cheese and egg in med bowl, beat witha mixer at med speed until smooth. Stir in 1/2 cup milk, salt, and hot sauce. Pour cream cheese mix over onion. Bake at 350 for 45 min or til set. Let stand 10 min before serving. Yield: 6 servings, one wedge.
