Ingredients:
1 tablespoon sunflower oil
1 cup finely chopped onion
1 1/2 tablespoons vegetable bouillon, powder
2 cups sour cream
1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives
vegetables, for dipping
Directions:
1. Heat the oil in a small fry pan and sauté the onions on high heat until nicely browned, 10 minutes. Stir often.
2. Torn off heat and mix in vegetable bouillon.
3. Let onions cool a bit, then add them to sour cream in a bowl along with the chives.
4. Serve with vegetables.
