Onion/Cucumber Salad

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 tbsp vinegar
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp water
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 medium onion, sliced

Directions:

  1. In a bowl, combine oil, vinegar, sugar, water, sour cream and salt.
  2. Add cucumber and onion. Toss to coat.
  3. Refrigerate several hours or overnight.
