Ingredients:

  • 2 1/2 cups flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup minced onion
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup milk

Directions:

  1. Oven- 425.
  2. Mix flour, baking powder, salt.
  3. Cut in butter, stir in cheese& onion.
  4. Mix egg& milk-stir into floured mixture.
  5. Drop by heaping T onto greased cookie sheet or roll& cut to size you want.
  6. Leave 1 inch between biscuts.
  7. Bake 15-20 minutes.
