One Pot Egg Breakfast

This breakfast is easy and quick. The great thing is you can add what you like or change it and you still get a yummy meal.
Ingredients:
potatoes
eggs
choice of meat (ie, ham, bacon, sausage, steak, etc)
choice of vegatables (ie, onion, pepper, olive, tomato, etc)
cheese
add whatever vegatables you like. i don't like onions, but my dad loves them. i like ham, but my husband prefers bacon. put in whatever you would like, and however much you would like
Directions:
1. Cut the potatoes in small cubes, and put in the microwave for about 5-7 minutes, until they are soft.
2. Fry potatoes in frying pan with a small amount of oil
3. Cook the meat of your choice, and cut into small pieces.
4. Cut the vegatables of you choice into small pieces.
5. Put meat and veggies into potatoes once the potatoes start to turn light brown.
6. Add eggs.
7. Mix potato, veggies, meat and egg.
8. Add cheese just as the eggs are almost done cooking.
9. Mix the cheese to melt.
