One-Pan Pantry Pot Pie

Use ingredients from your pantry along with some puff pastry to put together this simple and savory pot pie! I had some leftover game hen but you could use chicken or turkey depending on what you have on hand.
Ingredients:
10 3/4 ounces low-fat cream of celery soup
10 3/4 ounces low-fat cream of mushroom soup
1 cup skim milk
2 (16 ounce) cans mixed vegetables
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon white pepper
1 tablespoon tarragon
1 teaspoon marjoram
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 sheet puff pastry
1 cornish hen, cooked
Directions:
1. Strip meat of game hen from the bone; combine with soups, milk, vegetables, seasonings in a 9 x 13 baking pan.
2. Unroll defrosted puff pastry and place on top of mixture.
3. Bake at 375 degrees for 55 minutes or until pastry is golden brown.
