I received an email this morning from Recipes4Living and this is one of the featured recipes: This banana break is fantastic and has a hint of orange taste. Ingredients:
2 medium bananas, very ripe |
1 cup flour |
3/4 cup nuts, chopped |
1/3 cup sugar |
1 teaspoon baking soda |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1/3 cup oil |
1 egg |
1 tablespoon orange juice |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 2. Slice bananas into blender. Add egg, oil, vanilla, and orange juice. Blend well until smooth. 3. In 9-inch square pan, stir flour, nuts, baking soda and salt with a fork. Add banana mixture and mix with fork. 4. Bake for 30 - 35 minutes. |
