One Minute Chocolate Frosting |

My Mum's standby chocolate frosting recipe. Very easy, very tasty! Hope you enjoy! Ingredients:
4 tablespoons butter |
4 tablespoons water |
1 ounce semisweet chocolate (1 square) or 1 ounce bittersweet chocolate (1 square) |
1 cup sugar |
Directions:
1. Stir all ingredients in a thick bottomed saucepan over low heat until well dissolved.
2. Bring to a boil and boil for exactly one minute.
3. Remove from heat and continue to stir until thickened.
