1 whole egg
1/4 cup chopped green peppers
1/8 cup chopped onion
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 ounce cheddar cheese
Directions:
1. saute onions and peppers in olive oil until cooked. Add one egg, beaten, and top with cheese. Cook until done.
