1 whole egg |
1/4 cup chopped green peppers |
1/8 cup chopped onion |
1 tablespoon olive oil |
1/2 ounce cheddar cheese |
Directions:
1. saute onions and peppers in olive oil until cooked. Add one egg, beaten, and top with cheese. Cook until done. |
