One Bowl Philly Biscuits

Taken from a Philadelphia cream cheese cookbook.
Ingredients:
2 cups flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 (250 g) container cream cheese spread
1/2 cup milk
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
2. Mix flour and baking powder in a large bowl.
3. Cut in cream cheese spread with 2 knives or a pastry blender until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
4. Stir in milk until mixture forms dough.
5. Pat dough to 3/4in thickness on a floured surface.
6. Cut into 14 rounds with a 2in fluted cookie cutter, rerolling scraps as necessary.
7. Place 2in apart on baking sheet.
8. Bake 12-15 mins or until golden.
