On The Run Egg Salad

Monday morning, in a rush, hadn't made my lunch for work but I had hard boiled eggs and stuff to go with. Grabbed and fixed it up in the office lunch room.
Ingredients:
4 large hard-boiled egg
1/4 cup celery
1/4 cup onions, green
1/4 tsp salt
2 tbsp otterpond mayonnaise
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
1 tsp yellow mustard
1 splenda packet
Directions:
1. Mince the celery and onions. Shell and chop the hard boiled eggs. Mix all together well with mustard, mayo, splenda, salt and pepper.
2. Server over greens or in a lovely Coconut Flour Tortillas like I'm going to do.
