Ingredients:
1/2 cup(s) butter soften to room temperature
1/2 cup(s) sugar
1 whole(s) eggs
1 1/2 cup(s) flour
3 package(s) cream cheese softened to room temp
3/4 cup(s) sugar
3 whole(s) eggs
1 teaspoon(s) vanilla
2 tablespoon(s) flour
16 ounce(s) sour cream
1 box(es) vanilla pudding cook type
2 tablespoon(s) milk
Directions:
1. Crust (1st 4 ingredients):
2. Mix butter, sugar and egg well, add flour, kneed dough, dough has to be soft not stiff, add a little more flour if necessary, spread dough in ungreased spring form or cakepan.

Combine cheese, sugar adn eggs, mix with mixer, add vanilla, flour and sour cream, mix well, add pudding power and milk, then mix till smooth, pour into pastry lined pan bake at 350 degrees for about 10-15 minutes, reduce heat to 300 degrees bake till cheese turns light brown. About 1.45 hrs. Remove from oven, let cool at room temperature for 1 hour, then refrigerate at least 3 hours, remove from the pan before serving.
