A great chuncky flavor packed recipe for guacamole... originated from Laura Burrough, I added a few flavors of my own and this recipe rocks!
Ingredients:
2 avocados
1/2 medium red onion (diced)
3 cloves garlic (or more to taste)
1 handful cilantro (chopped fine)
2 roma tomatoes
1 lime (juice)
1 splash vinegar
2 thai peppers, or (finely minced)
1 jalapeno (finely minced)
1 teaspoon sea salt (or more to taste)
1/2 teaspoon black pepper (or more to taste)
1 teaspoon coriander (or more to taste)
1 teaspoon cumin (or more to taste)
1 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder (or more to taste)
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients except the avocados in a mixing bowl. Go easy on the hot peppers if you don't have the capacity for it. Other options, try a little red pepper flakes or cayenne - It's important to have SOME pepper though - it opens your taste buds!
2. Stir to combine evenly.
3. Add avocados, then mash into small hunks with a potato masher until desired consistency is achieved.
4. Serve with fresh corn chips.
